What is GAVI?
The
Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) is a public-private partnership committed to increasing access to immunization in poor countries. Established in 2000, GAVI brings together developing country and donor governments, the World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, the World Bank, the vaccine industry, research and technical agencies, and civil society.
